5 easy Lockdown lunch ideas
Hello friends this blog post will be a follow-up to my last post. In my last post I spoke about breakfast in this one I will be speaking about different lunch ideas. I do not know about you but cooking in the day is a lot harder than cooking in the evening or the morning. Especially when I’ve just come back from a 2-hour online lecture/ meetings nevertheless a girl gotta eat .So let me show you some easy recipes that I made/ate this week.
Meal 1: Stir fry
Stir fry has to be one of my favorite meals all you need is one pan a few vegetables spaghetti ( or egg noddle’s ) and voila you have your meal give it go what are you waiting for.
Meal 2: Apple cinnamon and honey
Ok, so this one kind of blew my because this combination of food is kinda crazy but I taste so good I saw this on a tik to video and I am so glad I tried it.
Meal 3: Chicken pasta
It is essential for me to pick up pasta when I am doing my weekly shop. What is not to love about chicken pasta is quick easy and takes about 15 minutes to make.
Meal 4: Salad
I’ve salad been LOVING salads. I put everything in them. Tuna Sweet potato, rice, chicken, fruits, you name it, it is in there!
Meal 5: Smoothies
Wake up your tastebuds with a refreshing tangy smoothie, how you want your smoothie to taste is completely up to you. GET CREATIVE go crazy with fruit blending what is the worst that can happen? That can happen. The other day I made a kiwi smoothie for lunch or an afternoon snack. Also drinking a smoothie is a delicious way of consuming your five fruits a day If you read my breakfast blog you would know that I love smoothies.
