10-minute makeup routine for dark skin
Hello, friends in this blog post I will be speaking about my daily makeup routine. I have a love-hate relationship when it comes to making mainly because I always break out when I wear it, over the years I have tried high-end products and drug store products my love for makeup started when Rihanna dropped Fenty beauty. Since then my makeup routine has changed I am a student spending £24 on a foundation is not very sustainable. I have started looking into drug store products. It would be an understatement to say I like makeup. Someday I do a little more and some days less but on average, this is what you will usually catch me doing in my university room Monday through Friday.

Step 1: Do your morning skincare—and don’t skimp
The first thing that I do before applying any makeup is skincare prep it is always important to start my makeup routine off with a clean canvas because dirt is the perfect breeding ground for spots. If you want to learn more about my skincare routine click here. Now is the time to give your skin all the extra love it craves! So, slather on that thick moisturizer, apply your serums, and give your skin a good facial massage.

Step 1 : skin prep don't skip
After skincare prep, I typically start by using a foundation. I love using foundation because I am glued to my computer screen all day I don't need as much coverage as I did before.I find the camera makes my skin look somewhat blurred. So sometimes I skip foundation all together it just depends on the day, I apply my foundation by using a blending brush or a foundation brush it normally takes about five minutes. I normally use the mac STUDIO FIX POWDER PLUS FOUNDATION.
Step 3: Concealer
After that, I like to go in with concealer, Brighten up your under eyes with a little concealer. concealer is good for hiding blemishes and dark marks. I typically use the L'Oreal Paris True Match The One Concealer. Choose something either the same shade as your foundation or slightly lighter to add a little extra life to your skin.
Step 4: Blush
After concealer, I like to use blush for an everyday makeup look because it adds a nice splash of colour to my face. I usually use warm colours like purple or pink.
Step 5: Mascara
On a normal day I don't wear any other eye make up accept mascara wear,, the one-step not to skip is mascara. You can wear it without any eyeliner or shadow and still make your eyes pop and pull your look together.
Don't bother with false eyelashes for daily errands or the office.

Step 6: Eyebrows
Eyebrows are the pain of my existence sometimes they take 5 minutes some times they take 20 truly no telling how long they can take. I normally, just buy a cheap brow pencil from Primark.
Step 7: lipstick
After that, I apply lipstick or gloss It depends on the day because of the pandemic and wearing a mask so no one can even see it anymore, but I do it anyway. When I am applying gloss I usually I use Fenty lip gloss in the shade Fenty glow.
