A day in my life: self-care Sunday edition
Hello and welcome back to my blog for this blog post I will be talking about my self Sunday routine. This is a bit different from my weekday life because it is.

7:00 am - 10:00 pm - wake up
waking up on the weekend takes a long time for me because I have nothing to do. In the morning I typically like to make a big breakfast at the weekend whereas in the weekday I eat something light. Then i shower brush my teeth and start my day.
11;00 am- 12:oopm blog/ assignments
Around this time I like to catch up on my assignments and watch lectures for the week to come and keep up to date with my blog.
12;00pm- 1:00pm lunch
At some point, during the day I eat lunch
Because of lockdown going outside may not be available to everyone however if you can go outside for a walk, I definitely think you should take advantage of that. We are living in difficult times so connecting with nature may not be the number one priority but for me going outside and taking walk can really help on those days where I am glued to my desk.
5:00 pm-7:00 pm- Pamper session and skincare or relax
I absolutely love treating myself to an at-home pamper session as a student going to the spa sounds nice in theory but, it's way too expensive and because of COVID-19 everything is shut anyway. As I am not that good at makeup taking care of my hair and my body is one of the best ways for me to show self-love.
8;00pm-10;00pm- dinner and chilll
I have always enjoyed being cosy and comfortable this may mean cleaning my room because I can't think in a messy environment after that I enjoy slipping into my pyjamas with a cup of tea and a hot water bottle on my stomach. When I am at home I enjoy lighting candles Since I’m living in accommodation I can’t do this anymore so I am thinking about by a diffuser so I don’t set off the fire alarms and irate everyone in my block.
